Processi decisionali e strategici relativi a digitalizzazione, internazionalizzazione, imprenditorialità, sostenibilità, modelli di business, innovazione, negoziazioni e gestione dei conflitti, intelligenza culturale, gestione e trasferimento della conoscenza, con particolare riferimento alle piccole e medie imprese, imprenditorialità, contesti internazionali, peasi in via di sviluppo, e relazioni interculturali.

Principali metodologie applicate: analisi sistematica della letteratura, bibliometria, modelli di equazioni strutturali, fsQCA, casi di studio, ricerca tramite questionari e interviste strutturate.
