Research interests

Decision making and strategic processes related to digitalization, internationalization, entrepreneurship, sustainability, business model, innovation, negotiation and conflict management,cultural intelligence, knowledge management and transfer, applied in particular to small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurship, international and development contexts, and cross-cultural relations. 

Main methodological expertise: systematic literature review, bibliometrics, structural equation modelling, fsQCA, case studies, survey, and structured interviews.
