Brief account of planned research effort.
My approach to filling in this gap in the literature will utilize a diversity of techniques including:
In order to arrive at accurate models of econometric analysis, which we must first understand, I intend to use a large scale data analysis, similar to the empirical analysis I have done in my past researches. Analyzing the data from these sources will unearth various computational questions. For example, this type of analysis will require the new algorithms that do more than simply analyzing of the massive graphs.
It will be also necessary to study the data received from the interactions. To complement these approaches, I intend to use both theoretical analysis and simulations in my study of psyco-social and economic models of interaction over drivers. A theoretical study of these types of models would allow us to characterize the different types of interactions that occur in different contexts. Such scientific approach would be extremely useful for the study of general classes of social behavior. Thus, the intersection of computer science, transportation theory and microeconomics is currently ripe for exploration, and my research agenda sits squarely at their nexus.
I have another work in progress. It is planned to implement the econometric model for the assessment of energy resources for transportation. I intend to use the computational – math modeling and computational statistics.
Through the empirical analysis my future work intends to resolve some problems of the sustainability transportation through the study of the Ecosphere, Valuesphere, Technosphere.

Transportation science and integrated logistics of passengers in the cities provide a detailed study of the movements in that ones, both on entry to the urban areas than within them.
Parking lots are, very often, places of exchange between the motorized and the pedestrian or cycling mode, or between individual and collective motorized modes. As the urban civilization is known by its car parkings it becomes essential to design the parking lots according to those who will use them and not according to the political interests of the administrators of the city, which frequently use the urban parking design as electoral exchange vote.
The study of parking lot in terms of business and financial design, planning and management after the construction needs a more accurate determination of the experimental parameters which enable choice of the model to minimize the uncertainty of the data that will define the revenues, according to the Project Financing procedures.

This paper surveys the most recent advances in the context of decisional processing, with an emphasis on the parking behavior in entropic setting, including the measures and the necessary mechanisms for the interaction of the actors-players, and their connection to decisional processing theory.
During the last years of research in this field a number of major techniques have emerged. The aim of this article is to provide a critical review of the most fashionable models and methods in parking lot financial design: the first class of methods covers the approach of analysis with the random entropic model; the second class of methods is the decisional processing through rational choise models as rational individual evaluations, for a best feasible solution for parking lot economic and financial design.
Thus, each section of the article concentrates on one technique; we illustrate it using the well-known and easy multimodal problem approach starting from entropic scenario, and then we present advanced applications. Because of a close equivalence between the aggregate approach of entropy maximization and disaggregated microeconomic approach of discrete choice models based on random utility theory, we try to provide a critical approach of it, through rational choise models.

The precise and reliable assignment of parameters of the economic scenery, aimed at planning of motorway traffic, can not be separated from the analysis of the parameters of motorway safety as conflicting elements in the decision-making capacity management in “crisis conditions” due to natural events or as a cause of the job scheduling road maintenance. The fundamental problem for the concessionaire of the motorways lies in the quest for the best balance between motorway safety for driver-players and the revenue from tolls paid by owners of the vehicles? In fact, in case of a crisis due to accidental events or scheduled ones as the fixed and mobile road yards, the revenue of the company is changing. This study achieves the implementation of a management model of business revenue under crisis conditions. Through repeated field surveys we have built and calibrated an economic model - IT based - that offers immediate answers for the motorways’ management. So, we present a new method for the economic balance of the motorway infrastructure, in the very short term.

The article illustrates the answers to the questions on the transportation genesis, through the definition of a multi-dimensional space and of time. Practically, it reveals and explaines the forth dimentional parameter – psicometric. And to introduce this finding, an authentic epistemologic approach is applied. The new method is raised through a scientific journey across the knowledge theory - epistemologic time assumptions in the philosophic, mathematic and physical frameworks to reach the conclusion of the perceived time formalization. The author proposes a speculative and refined analysis, far from over, but just in the beginning, in a confused scenario of a subject, as the logistics and transport economics, which is evolving time by time over the size of the ruling scientific opinion.

A multi-attribute CAIP compositional model for the analysis of the demand for parking, to be adopted together with the multi-dimensional Logit model in an entropic environment in a new formulation, appears to be a reliable method for precise assignment of the scenario parameters aimed at the design and planning of the parking in the urban area, in a correct view of project financing.

To study such a complex system as the transport process in the production scheme, it is required an efficient combination of the probabilistic modeling with the contingency management. It creates the new opportunities to study the behavior of the system under the different conditions. In each phase, the transport process is described throw the situational and imitation simulations. The first is an aggregate of the managed machines, which, depending on specific situations, develop the control solutions for exposure on the second model. The second model / imitation / mimics the events occurring in each phase of the transport process. During delivery of the materials, products and designs for different projects on the production site, the various versions of situations (states) are emerging. In this article the regularities of the transportation technological processes are considered. A mathematical model of the traffic flows management, establishing the dependence of cost and effectiveness of the management control of the number of (initial) information in the performance of a given volume of transportation in the specific terms of construction, is proposed by the authors.

The presented manual contains the examples of methods of the complex analysis in project evaluation. The approaches to traffic forecasts are analyzed and the evaluation of the transport demand is developed by using the qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The models for mobility are described. It s demonstrated the implementation of the models through the analysis of the variables and indicators. The benefit-cost analysis in transportation from the point of view of the demand is presented as an exercise.

This article in its methodological part uses some partial content with the ideas developed earlier by the author in the analysis research based on the sample of the railway line Rovigo-Chioggia. The work was aimed to investigate a new methodology for the analysis of the territories intercepted by the railway, the methodology that was portable and understandable. The final analysis, however, is different from the results of the researches carried out and cited in the articles previously.
Being committed by the state railway TrenItalia SpA the research results and reports were under embargo for the publication for eight years, following the trade secret placed by the client.

This article presents ( and still innovative real actuality ) a new methodological approach to the area of Applied Economics, which has served to provide a new tools of economic planning in the transport sphere and to break down the mistrust of the buyer to scientific research in the field of the transport applied economic. The methodology is still innovative and has its real actuality as the difficulty to represent the new economic opportunities that arise from the territories, often collides with the limits of the investigations that are conducted, due to faulty communication between the researchers and paying customers. The trust, which was established between the client and the researcher, is given, above all, to the credibility of the latter, thanks to its reputation rather than to the actual understanding of formal methods and techniques used by the scientific researcher. The article’s methodology of the academic research, which arises from a review of a work commissioned by Trenitalia spa, remained under embargoed for the publication for 10 years, due to the embargo protection of trade secrets.

This report is aimed at the presentation of the data mining process of data made on a set of sample data extracted from the database of the company di Edizioni Informatore Agrario srl, in order to highlight the information potential of the data in relation to the corporate portfolio constituted by the customer-subscriber. The development of management information system, which has improved the efficiency of production and editorial management of the business relationship with the customer, has enabled the creation of an important database. The awareness of having “a lot of data” and the need for more information to grow the relationship with the customer has motivated the company to initiate a process of “data mining” or “dig into the data” to extract from the same information the other one compared the motivation for which they are created, and then, as said, for operational (administrative and commercial), and publishing (production).
