Guido Zolezzi

Ho ottenuto la laurea in Ingegneria per l'Ambiente e il Territorio all'Università di Genova nel 1996, con una tesi su un modello matematico 3D (semianalitico) sulla formazione di barre fluviali in canali rettilinei con trasporto in sospensione dominante. I risultati principali della tesi sono riportati in questo articolo.

Nel 1997 ho conseguito l'abilitzione all'esercizio delle professione di Ingegnere in Italia attraverso il superamento dell'esame di stato.

Ho svolto il dottorato di ricerca sempre all'Università di Genova studiando la dinamica morfologica ("morfo-dinamica") dei meandri lfuviali. ho utilizzato sopratutto un approccio di modellazione matematica, con metodi di risoluzione analitica, che ho integrato con una importante componente sperimentale nel laboratorio di idraulica. Nell'ultimo anno di dottorato, grazie a un'attività a latere della tesi, ho avuto l'opportunità di svolgere la mia prima significativa esperienza di campo su un corso d'acqua intrecciato. I principali risultati scientifici della mia tesi di dottorato sono pubblicati qui:

Ho svolto il dottorato in questo Dipartimento (che ha cambiato nome da allora).

Nelle fasi iniziali della mia attività ho integrato la mia formazione accademica con formazione e pratica nell'ambito del servizio sociale, del counseling educativo e della cooperazione internazionale allo sviluppo. Questo mi ha dato le basi per lsviluppare una continua ricerca di integrazione interdisciplinare e di innovazione didattica, in particolare rivolta ai futuri ingegneri.
