positron solid state physics, atomic and molecular physics (electron and positron scattering Modelling of electron scattering data and positron measurements. Design of positron beams apparatus.Electron optics for slow positron beams. Positron techniques: Doppler, Lifetime, Reemission. Defects profile in semiconductors and in thin films, measured by a positron beam; positron mobility in polymers measured with a positron beam or a Doppler shift apparatus. Measurements of defects in semiconductors by lifetime techniques. Involved in the four years BRITE Euram project (since 1995) for the design and construction of the first Positron Microscope. |
