ICT Services Division
The division provides users in departments and centers with assistance, support and training to access ICT services, and supervises local services; it ensures its support in the implementation of business continuity and security plans.
It provides technical assistance to the University Language Center and the Test Center, and ensures that the users of UniTrento have access to “Campus” software.
It also collects and publishes information, service quality benchmarks, statistical data, technical documents and manuals.
The division has specialized personnel providing services in the three University locations:
- User Support - Trento
- User Support - Povo-Mesiano
- User Support - Rovereto
