HR Development and Organization
The HR Development and Organization Division is responsible for the evaluation of technical, administrative, and managerial staff, and for the definition of incentive policies.
It adheres to the management’s directives and keeps up with the University’s organizational developments.
The division identifies training requirements for technical and administrative staff, presents the training programme, and designs individual training actions.
In collaboration with the Human Resources and Organization Directorate, it closely monitors internal mobility of technical and administrative staff.
The division conducts surveys on the work environment and organizational well-being, and collects information on the quality of services offered by the University’s units. It participates in the drafting of the Three year plan of positive actions.
To conclude, it supervises the actions proposed in the framework on the Good Practice project, whose purpose is to improve the constant monitoring of performance within the participating universities and the University’s Family Audit certificate.
