Planning, Reporting and Purchasing Directorate

The Planning, Reporting and Purchasing Directorate oversees programming and performance audit, administrative and accounting procedures, reporting, and all aspects concerning statistical surveys and data collection for the University’s programming activity.
It manages the University’s budget, is in charge of the University’s funds and carries out all activities related to tax matters

The directorate supports the governing bodies and management centres in programming and performance audit, oversees accounting procedures and drafts the University’s financial statements.
It coordinates operations concerning the purchase of goods and services and oversees the procedures for the award of contracts for supplies and services. Supports the project manager in all public tendering procedures.
It maintains relations with funding institutions and external auditors (the Board of Auditors, the Evaluation Group, other external auditors). The core divisions of the directorate support the governing bodies providing administrative and accounting information and statistics. The campus-related divisions deal with accounting for departments and centres that have spending autonomy and offer support services for teaching and research.

The Planning, Reporting and Purchasing Directorate is responsible for obligations arising from the agreement with the Autonomous Province of Trento, for the agreement with Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Trento e Rovereto and other funding entities, for compliance with MIUR’s requirements, the stability pact, and other requirements connected to the University’s contribute to the achievement of public-finance targets.  

Serves as a liaison for

  • The Planning Division, which oversees the drafting of strategic and operative plans and supports the directorate in drafting and monitoring budget and other reports
  • The Administration Division, which is in charge of the University’s administrative and accounting procedures and supervises administrative offices
  • The Administrative Services Divisions in Trento, Rovereto and Povo-Mesiano, which are in charge of accounting procedures for departments and centres that have spending autonomy and support research and teaching
  • Tax Accounting
  • The Administrative Services Coordinating Office facilitates coordination among the administrative and accounting services through skilled groups, harmonized procedures, and training initiatives.
