Academic career and teaching activities |
Coordinator of the WE.BE WO Lab (Well-being at work lab). I was a researcher at the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences from 2018 to 2021. I obtained the PhD in 2015 with the thesis “Enhancing Workers’ Well-Being. Scientific and social relevance of managing stress in the workplace” I was a research fellow at the University of Bologna (from 2011 to 2016), and at INVALSI (2017 to 2018). I conducted research abroad at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell (USA), the University of East Anglia (UK), the Rej Juan Carlos University (Spain) and the University of Valencia. (Spain). |
