ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS I have been a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Trento from 2012 to 2017. Since 2008, when I was a doctorate student, I have been actively involved as project manager in national and international research and innovation projects. In particular, for the two consecutive years (2013-2014) I was leading the Smart Society project, I have been rated "excellent" from the Review Committee of the EU as project manager. I participated as invited speaker at the Smart Cities World Forum in 2014. Thanks to these experiences, I acquired managerial, decision-making, human resource management and communication skills. |
