	Research interests
	Accessibility and usability of the home environment for people with disabilities, with particular attention to the design of spaces, furniture and the use of home automation systems for specific needs. Inclusion and Universal Design as resources in the architectural design of the built environment. Systems for measuring and assessing sustainability in construction at the level of the building organism, technological subsystems and building components. Codes of practice and design methodologies for functional and constructive aspects of building rehabilitation and re-use of the existing building stock.
	Research work
	The scientific activity has been carried out since 1998 at the Building Design Laboratory of the Department of Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering (DICAM) of the University of Trento. The studies have been carried out within the framework of institutional research funded by MIUR/MUR, the European Community, the University of Trento and public and private bodies.
	Memberships in societies and scientific committees
	Member of the national scientific association of Technical Architecture (Ar.Tec) from 2006 to the present. Member of the ARCA Technical Committee for the development of the ARCA Technical Regulations for timber construction (from 2013 to 2015). Member of the Technical Scientific Committee of the Green Building Council Italia (GBC Italia) and coordinator of the thematic group CTS- Site Sustainability (from 2008 to 2009).
	Conferences and lectures
	She has participated in national and international conferences, congresses and study days, presenting papers published in the proceedings as author or co-author.
	Other work
	Service activities Since 2006 she has been a member of the Doctoral Committee of the Doctoral Programme in Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Trento. From 2009 to 2017 she was the contact person of the University of Trento for the Trentino Porphyry and Stone Coordination Table. From 2006 to 2021, she has been involved in orientation activities for the Five-years Master ‘s course of Architecture and Building Engineering. Since 2013, she has been the departmental delegate for the support of people with disabilities, specific learning difficulties and other special needs. Since 2013, she has been a member of the self-evaluation group for the Five-years Master ‘s course of Architecture and Building Engineering. Since 2015 she has been the departmental delegate for Equality&Diversity Policy.
