The topic is part of a consolidated research project. We accept proposals in the field of music, theater, and the performing arts in general. 

Specific aspects (examples) on which projects can focus:

• artists' motivations and creativity
• individual and pro-social aspects of artists' work
• forms of collaboration between artists 
• work - contractual and immaterial aspects
• trade offs between artistic production and other activities
• benessere 

Projects concern aspects of the well-being of music school students. Specifically, at the moment, there would be an opportunity to investigate the motivations of those who left music education at one of the Trentino's music schools.

Proposals that deepen, for example, the organisation and networks of music schools, theaters, festivals and museums are useful.

• Forms of collaboration between organisations
• Organisational governance (of music schools, theaters, museums, festivals..)
• The production of merit goods, the production of public value in the cultural sector

3. The introduction of elements of inclusive governance in the firm - the case of Benefit Corporations (Bcorp)

3. The introduction of elements of inclusive governance in third sector organisations - the case of multi-stakeholder social enterprises

I also invite students to discuss their thesis projects related to:

1) Regeneration projects and territorial development that include public-private partnerships
