Administration and Accounting Services - Povo

The Administration and Accounting Service for Povo-Mesiano offers its services to the departments and centers based in Povo-Mesiano.
The service:

  • supports the Planning Division, in collaboration with the directors of departments and centers, in planning and programming activities for the relevant units
  • is responsible for (general/analytic, vendors/clients) accounting for its units, including all that is required for drawing up the balance sheet (amendments and corrections included)
  • serves as a liaison office for the Administration Division for tax requirements and support to external auditors
  • manages supply procedures and contracts below the EU threshold
  • issues invoices and monitors credits
  • manages cash reserves for the relevant units
  • is responsible for paying suppliers of goods and services, reimbursing expenses for missions, other compensations
  • supports teaching and research staff in accounting matters, contracts, various procedures
  • provides its support in selection procedures in the areas of teaching and research and oversees contracts in collaboration with the Human Resources and Organization Directorate
  • drafts and organizes contracts
