Employee Relations and Payroll Division - Technical and Administrative Staff
The Employee Relations and Payroll Division - Technical and Administrative Staff manages administrative procedures relating to technical and administrative staff and Language experts.
The division ensures the proper implementation of labour law, the national collective agreement, the University Collective Agreement and other decentralized agreements (on matters like trial periods, permits, leaves of absence, parental leave, sick leave, mobility, part-time work, study permits), and drafts regulations, directives and explanatory notes in its areas of competence.
The division prepares staff salaries and is responsible for procedures concerning tax reports, insurances, social security. In these matters, it implements social security and remuneration legislation.
The division oversees the administrative implications of fringe benefits granted to employees.
