Administration Division

The Administration Division supports the Planning, Administration and Finance Directorate in its control functions as concerns the voluntary review of the final budget and the monitoring of the financial rating.

It plans cash flows, manages available funds (management and monitoring of earnings, payments, bank reports, mortgages, credit cards, reminders) and is responsible for accounting for the Central Management, support documents for vendor payments, missions, scholarships and other compensations.
Manages cash reserves and credit card payments.
