Research work

Since my Ph.D., I am mainly focused on occupational health psychology and the psychophysiology of stress, recovery, and sleep. I am particularly focused on innovative research methods (wearable technology, experience sampling methods, ecological momentary assessment) to assess job stressors and the associated responses (e.g., heart rate variability) in real-time and free-living conditions, such as during work.

I am currently involved in a quantitative survey of processes, outcomes, and related predictive fractors of youth transitions (e.g., school-to-work).
