Development of novel methods for the identification of diagnostic biomarkers based on -omics profiles. Investigation of systems biology approaches to integrative data analysis. Development of methods for the inference of gene regulation networks and their analysis. Study of novel algorithms for sequence alignment. Investigation of biologically inspired approaches to self-organizing high-performance distributed computing.
