International Mobility Office is allowed to ask for a faster validation of your permit only if it's for didactic reasons. 
The Immigration Office wants some proof about this.

For faster track in any case 5-6 weeks are needed.

In order to ask for it you must provide the following documents:

• valid passport
• receipt of the request of first application/renewal given to you by the Questura
• support declaration
• copy of your stay permit (if you are renewing it)
• scan copy of health insurance, housing contract and enrolment certificate.

You will also be asked to submit information on Immigration Office appointment date and the number (“numero pratica”) you will find on the receipt given you by the Questura at the appointment: 18TNXXXXXX
