Um Zutritt zum Plenarsaal zu erhalten, werden externe Teilnehmer aufgefordert, die unterzeichnete und ausgefüllte Covid-19-Selbstzertifizierung einzureichen (das Formular ist auf der Download-Box der Event-Webseite verfügbar).

Für die Konferenz wird über die Zoom-Plattform eine Simultanübersetzung bereitgestellt. Daher werden Teilnehmer eingeladen, ihr eigenes Gerät, Kopfhörer und die Zoom-Anwendung mitzubringen.
