Evaluation scheme:

1. Accepted without revision > Permission for public defense is granted and no other action is asked from the candidate

2. Accepted with minor revisions > Permission for public defense is granted but the candidate must correct his/her thesis (the new version of the thesis will not be submitted for a further revision)

3. Major revisions required > Permission for public defense is granted after a second review by the same referee and a period up to 6 months is granted to the candidate to implement the revisions and send the new thesis for review together with a rebuttal letter.
