I attented the PhD course "Discourse Analysis" (2h/week over 12 weeks, 2 CEU credits), taught by Dr. Lea Sgier (with the maximum grade: outstanding).

Attività di ricerca

01/2012-03/2014 Collaboration in the research project entitled “SICURTEMP: Safety and occupational well-being between old and new temporary contracts”, conducted in the province of Trento, Italy. The project aims to analyse the conditions of safety, health and well-being of workers with temporary contracts, with a particular attention to the differences of gender, age and ethnicity (with publication of the results of research).

07-08/2013 From rough materials, writing of a research report summarizing on one volume all the research mix methods activities that have been implemented in the 5 years of the project called TreC: Cartella Clinica del Cittadino Trentino, on the subject of eHealth.

04/2008-04/2009 Collaboration in the project sponsored by the Equal Opportunities Commission of Veneto Region entitled “Life-style. Women’s psychological and physical health”, in the Medicine Department - University of Verona, Italy. This project was developed to investigate, through Veneto community pharmacies the women discomfort and their psychosocial problems that may be related to the use of antidepressants and anxiolytics (with publication of the results of research).

 

Premi e riconoscimenti

June 2014 - Travel Scholarship Award by the Sociology Department of the University of Pennsylvania for the participation at the 2014 WFRN Conference in New York City.

September 2012 - My abstract has been selected among the best seven for oral presentation in the special session for PhD students of the interim meeting 2012 organized by ESA RN 13 on Sociology of Families and Intimate Lives.

December 2010 - Best MA Thesis Award (2008/09), Faculty of Sociology, University of Trento, Italy.

October 2010 - PhD scholarship from the Italian Ministry of University and Scientific Research.
