Executive Office Coordinator

Main tasks:

  • provides support in maintaining relationships with University departments and centres and funders/stakeholders
  • maintains relationships with the directors of academic departments and centres and University directorates
  • provides support in the development of strategic documents
  • provides administrative and accounting support to the offices of the Central Management and the Rectorate
  • is responsible for the administrative work in support of the President of the Board of Directors, the Rectorate and the Central Management
  • is responsible for the administrative work in support the University‚Äôs governance bodies (Board of Directors, Academic Senate, etc.)
  • oversees the management of protocol, archive, document flows
