Buildings Managementand Maintenance Division
Among the responsibilities of the Buildings Managementand Maintenance Division are routine and non-routine maintenance services, the University’s energy saving policy, contracts for planned maintenance, the management of urban services, the on-call service.
The division also oversees the correct implementation of internal safety rules and procedures in all University premises, in collaboration with Environmental and safety services.
It maintains the archive of as built plans and all the declarations of conformity under law 46/99.
