Research interests

Physics of Complex Systems, Systems and Computational Biology

My research interests are the robustness and resilience of complex systems, including critical transitions in natural systems; applications of mathematical epidemiology; dynamical systems for biological pathways and neural networks; modelling of bio-medical systems using complpex systems methods (network science, multi-agent systems, information theory). In particular, I am interested in the integration of models and empirical data. I also have interests in ethics of AI and sandboxing methods.
