Research interests |
|
Physics of Complex Systems, Systems and Computational Biology My research interests are the robustness and resilience of complex systems, including critical transitions in natural systems; applications of mathematical epidemiology; dynamical systems for biological pathways and neural networks; modelling of bio-medical systems using complpex systems methods (network science, multi-agent systems, information theory). In particular, I am interested in the integration of models and empirical data. I also have interests in ethics of AI and sandboxing methods. More information on my personal page |

I participated as speaker, invited speaker and minisymposium chair at national and international conferences such as the Conference of the Complex Systems Society, Dynamics Days Europe, Conference for Decision and Control, GIMC-SIMAI Young Conference, NetSciX Conference. I served as Editorial committe member of the 28th International Conference on System Theory, Control and Computing (ICSTCC 2024) in Sinaia (RO) and as Program committe member of the Twelfth International Conference on Complex Networks and their Applications: COMPLEX NETWORKS 2023 in Menton (FR). I co-organised two international workshops (Euron+PhDDays2019, e il 2nd CRiTiCS workshop). |
