Education

In January 2018, she finished her Phd cum laude, with a thesis on Corporate Governance and Risk of Environmental Damages (written in Italian). Ca' Foscari University of Venice (Italy) - Tutor Professor Lorenzo De Angelis and Andrea Zorzi (recipient of tuition).

She graduated in Laws (Master Degree) in April 2014, at the University of Florence (Italy), with a thesis on Shareholders Rights in Insolvency Proceedings (written in English).

She has studied at the University of Oxford - Harris Manchester College (2016-2017); Georgetown University, in Washington DC (2015); the European University Institute in Fiesole (2012); Stockholm Universitet of Law, Sweden (2012).

Research interests

Corporate law and corporate governance; benefit corporations; sustainability; sustainable finance; insolvency law

Memberships in societies and scientific committees

She is a member of the Daughters of Themis Network of Business Scholars (since 2019) and L'Alltro Diritto, a documentation Centre engaged in theoretical reflection and sociological research in the fields of social marginality, deviance, prison and detention institutions (since 2009).

She write for the online law journal "Giurisprudenza delle imprese", since 2015.
