The thesis project is rooted in March's tradition (see: March, Schulz e Zhou (2000), The dynamics of rules). It will require tracing and recording the development of rules of the University of Trento during the pandemic period. In a very short time, the University introduced new rules to pursue its activities without personal contacts. During the pandemic, rules changed and evolved. The empirical part of the thesis will consist of the collection and ordering of the documentation on new rules definition and change. |
