The requested items can be picked up at the University Central Library (BUC) in Via Adalberto Libera 3.
Items from Deposito 1 (Storage 1) will be available fifteen minutes after the request, items from Deposito 2 (Storage 2) will be available according to the following timetable:
From Monday to Friday:
- after 10.00 a.m. for the requests sent before 9.00 a.m.
- after 1.00 p.m. for the requests sent before 12.00 a.m.
- after 5.00 p.m. for the requests sent before 4.00 p.m.
- after 8.00 p.m. for the requests sent before 7.00 p.m.
- after 10.00 a.m. of the following day for the requests sent after 7.00 p.m.
On Saturday
- after 10.00 a.m. for the requests sent before 9.00 a.m.
- after 1.00 p.m. for the requests sent before 12.00 a.m.
Items must be picked up by 6.45 p.m. of the first working day following the request.
