Non è possibile collegarsi dal portale UniTn e poi (ri)caricare la pagina dell'iscrizione all'evento, ma è necessario, con un browser senza autenticazione, aprire direttamente la pagina di PrenotazioniEventi con l'iniziativa di interesse e solo da lì effettuare l’autenticazione richiesta (inserendo utente e password), cliccando la voce "Entra" in alto a destra ("Login" in inglese).
Successivamente l'utente sarà riconosciuto.
Mi sono iscritto e risulto essere in coda, in quanto i posti sono terminati: quando mi contattano?
Fino al giorno della chiusura delle iscrizioni c’è la possibilità di una eventuale rinuncia da parte di qualche utente: solo in questo caso tuttavia è prevista una comunicazione.
Se si libera un posto, essendo in coda, devo poi effettuare altre operazioni per iscrivermi?
No, in caso l’eventuale iscrizione viene effettuata in automatico.
Come viene gestita la coda per eventuali posti liberi?
Per eventuali ripescaggi, viene rispettato l’ordine di iscrizione.
I posti risultano terminati e l’iscrizione bloccata: posso iscrivermi in altri modi?
No, le iscrizioni hanno raggiunto il limite programmato: per eventuali urgenze contattare l’ufficio che organizza l’evento (mail indicata nella pagina).
Se mi iscrivo, posso poi eventualmente cancellarmi?
Si, tramite il link che riceverai nella mail di conferma.
