Information on the processing of personal data
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 "General Regulation on the protection of personal data" (GDPR)
the University of Trento will process personal data within the scope of its institutional purposes exclusively for carrying out the registration procedures and
of the activities related to these initiatives (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter e) of the GDPR). The Data Controller is the University of Trento, via Calepina n. 14, 38122 Trento,

The processing of personal data will be carried out on paper and / or computerized exclusively by personnel authorized to process data in relation to the tasks and
to the tasks assigned and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, adequacy, relevance and necessity. The collected data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
The provision of personal data is essential for the performance of this procedure and failure to provide it precludes participation in the initiative itself.
The data will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the procedure and to fulfill all legal obligations.
At any time, the rights referred to in articles may be exercised against the Joint Controllers. 15 and ss. of the GDPR and, in particular, access to personal data, correction,
integration, cancellation, limitation as well as the right to object to the processing.
These rights may be exercised (without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR),
